Picture Day

Picture Day will be broken into age groups again this year. PHoto Day Schedule: 11-12 year olds: 8:30-9:10 9-10 year olds: 9:10-9:50 13 and older/Little Ripples: 9:50-10:30 8 and under: 10:30-11:15 Swimmers will have one picture take in front of a green screen for the team photo and individual pictures by the pool. If you have swimmers in multiple age groups then send them at the time slot that works best for your family. Siblings can have pictures taken together or separately. No money needed on picture day. Pictures can be purchased online once the proofs are available. There will be no fun swim on this day due to pictures but coaches will still have meet awards and donuts for all swimmers. |

This meet will be swum in two sessions. Session one will be all 10 and younger swimmers. Warm ups will begin at 4:00 for this group. Please arrive no later than 3:45. The session one will begin at 5:00. Relays MAY be eliminated due to time constraints. Session two will begin at the conclusion of session one. Times are approximate. Session two warm ups will begin at 7:15. Please arrive by 7:00 but wait for session one swimmers to leave the premis before setting up in the crash area and entering the pool deck. Session two will begin at approximately 8:15. Relays MAY be eliminated due to time constraints. Please sign up for volunteer shifts when you declare your swimmer. |
