The team will provide taco dinner from Rancho Grande for all in attendance. We need a head count for our caterer no later than July 14th. Please RSVP for all who will attend from your family by adding siblings and other guests.

This is the first year this event will be held in the evening.  It will be run more like an official swim meet and will serve as a "graduation" from the Little Ripples program.  The evening will include the races, pizza for the Little Ripples and their families and presentation of awards.

COME DOWN FOR PICTURES AND DONUTS!!!  

This year we will be using M4 Photography for our team pictures.  M4 will utilize a green screen and will just take one photo of your swimmer(s) on picture day.  That photo will then be used to create the team photo as well as an individual with a superimposed swimming pool background.  We are hoping that this process will allow for more flexibility for families to participate in picture day. 

THIS MEANS NO PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN BY THE WATER POOLSIDE DURING THE PICTURE DAY EVENT.  

NO MONEY will be collected on picture day but instead you will order photos online once the images have been made available by the photographer.  

LITTLE RIPPLES are invited to be a part of picture day too!  This year the Little Ripples will have their own group photo instead of being grouped in with the competition team group photo.  You can still have siblings take a photo together if you have older sibling but all Little Ripples will have individual shots that will be used to create a Little Ripple-only group shot.  

See the general schedule below for when to bring your swimmers up for their picture.  By spreading out the age groups over the 3 hours, we hope to reduce the amount of time spent waiting around.  If you have siblings in multiple age groups then simply pick the time that works best for your family to come up for their picture.  If the time slot for your swimmers age group does not work for your schedule, then come up at what ever time between 8:00 and 11:00 that does work for you.
