Day 1 of conference kick off tomorrow!
Hi Riptide Families,
TOMORROW KICKS OFF DAY ONE of the Northland Conference Meet! We’re so excited to see all of our swimmers hit the water and finish the season strong!
I have attached our conference meet daily timeline. Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and things may shift throughout the meet. I have also attached the Northland Conference Meet Information packet—the same documents I’ve shared previously—so you have everything you need in one place.
Monday (8 & Under, 9–10, & 11–12 Boys)
- 8 & Under
- Arrive by 4:00 PM
- Warm-Up: 4:20 PM
- 9–10 & 11–12 Boys
- Arrive by 4:30 PM
- Warm-Up: 4:50 PM
Tuesday (11–12 Girls, 13–14, & 15–18)
- Arrive by 4:30 PM
- Warm-Up: 4:50 PM
Important Reminders:
- There are other teams warming up before us, so please allow plenty of time for parking and walking to the pool.
- Our bleacher assignment has changed from last year. Please take note of our team’s assigned seating location in the Northland Conference Meet Information packet so you know where to find the Riptides.
- Don’t forget to pack extra caps and goggles—there will be no swim vendor at this year’s meet.
- Live results will be posted on the Meet Mobile app, not SwimTopia like our dual meets. Be sure to download the app if you’d like to follow along throughout the meet.
- I’ll send out Wednesday’s warm-up details Wednesday morning once Tuesday night’s results are finalized.
As always, keep an eye out for more emails with updates and information throughout the week. I’ll also be sending out finalist announcements after each session so we can celebrate those swimmers advancing to finals!
💗 Conference Week is PINK OUT! Wear as much pink as you can each day to help fill the stands with Riptide spirit. Let’s bring the energy and cheer on our teammates all week long!
We are so proud of this team and can’t wait to watch them shine. Looking forward to seeing our conference swimmers at practice tomorrow morning (*9:30-10:30 ages 9-12, 10:15-11:00 8&Under, 11:00-12:00 13&up!)
See you tonight at the banquet! Go Riptides!!
