Hi Riptide Families,

We’re just days away from the biggest meet of the season—Northland Conference! We are so excited to see our swimmers compete after all of their hard work this summer.

I’ve attached two very important documents for you to review:

• Conference Meet Entries – These are the events your swimmer is entered in based on their qualifying times and where our coaching staff believes they will have the greatest opportunity to be successful and contribute points to the team. Please review your swimmer’s entries carefully. If you notice any mistakes or have any questions, email me no later than tomorrow at 12:00 PM, as entries will be finalized after that.
• Northland Conference Meet Information – This packet includes everything you need to know about the meet, including:
  • Meet schedule (please note that freestyle relays will be held on Wednesday after finals)
  • Parking and arrival information
  • Heat sheets and results
  • Vendors
  • Clerk of Course procedures
  • Crash area guidelines
  • And other important meet-day details

Important Reminder: Every swim matters at Conference. Please make every effort to ensure your swimmer is at the meet on time and ready for each of their events. Missing an event not only impacts your swimmer but can also affect relays and our team’s overall performance. We are counting on every swimmer to help Riss Lake finish the season strong!

Conference Theme: We will be doing PINK OUT every day of Conference! Have your swimmer wear as much pink as possible to show our Riptide spirit. Let’s fill the pool deck with pink and cheer each other on all week long!

We are incredibly proud of everything our swimmers have accomplished this season and can’t wait to cheer them on at Conference. Let’s finish the season strong!
